All the products you find on UNUMAN website are available in our warehouse. We ship orders placed by 12:00 pm CET on the same day (on business days).

Orders placed after 12:00 pm CET are shipped on the next business day.

When the package is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track the package.

Our lifetime warranty covers all our claims that will not happen with your purchase. We guarantee our jewellery will never fade, tarnish, or lose its colour. That includes in the shower, sea, pool, wearing while training or exposed to sweat and heat. Our jewellery is built to last. However, should it tarnish, we will replace it for free. Just send an email with your order number & a photo to our customer service team hello@unuman.com & we will be there to help.

Faulty Items:
We sincerely apologize if you have experienced any issues with your UNUMAN jewellery. Our customer service team is here to help! Please contact us before returning your item so that we can advise you on the next steps and provide time frames for a refund or replacement. To speed up the process, we would appreciate it if you could include a photo of the issue.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original order to our office within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the item is returned in the same condition as you received it, along with the original packaging. Please note, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.

Refunds:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund. We recommend using a tracked delivery service with proof of postage. Please note that you will need to bear the direct cost of returning the product. Once we have received your return, we will send you an email update. Returns are usually processed within seven working days, although it may take longer during busy periods. Refunds will be issued to the original account used at purchase. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the EU. Please ensure that the item is returned in the condition you received it, along with the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.

Important Note:
We cannot offer an exchange or refund for items that show signs of wear. If the item shows signs of use, we will not be able to accept the return.
